With that in mind some of their thoughts around how to approach their potential risks are to have a few measures in place. And where these measures are placed will depend on their view on zoning their risks.

When zoning their risk profile, with an area that large it may be possibly impossible to agree on the methods and locations, however they do have options on how they address their zoning.

But assume that they go with a tiered hierarchy zone these would be the zone profile suggestions.

Level Red Zone (1 or 5) (Priority Zone)

Level Green Zone (4 or 2) (The fringes of risk Zone)

Normally hardly anything happens if ever and most times it is totally devoid of real risks. The level of compliance by the residence is high in regards to law and neighborliness.

It is part of an extension between the important zones like red and yellow. Normally the continuity of a road,  a dead end road, and within the deep portion of the popular location but person could not do anything of importance without at least being observed or recorded that they were there hence a potential deviant.

Generally most of our neighbourhoods were lateral in nature and security was provided for by the government via its police, medical and fire services by default.

There was once a community policing based on the Rukun Tetangga system. The options have now grown to paid private security.

An interesting thing in the general lateral community is that the roads and other facilities other than the actual house, is still a public domain. Security that is manned by foreign staffs has no use/function beyond observation (Jaga Mode). They are not allowed to perform a citizens arrest as in the case of locally staffed security services.

Over the last decade or so with the middle class community growing due to effective education and opportunities, the crime level has also increased in proportion. Possible still in the same amount in percentage but the known level does seem to cause concerns to the communities in general. As such many have now opted for gated and guarded communities.

There are also a growing number of individuals in communities that are built on an open concept working at closing the access to people in general towards a closed community concept that was approved in a limited basis. There are also many more whom are doing without approvals on the basis “ITS OK TO BREAK THE LAW concept.”

And most deployments are built on the fears of the end users, rather than the facts or realities. This is normally good for the commercial provider and not always good for the end user (normally the community).

Many other statements of prevention rather than actual solution are also bandied around for the purpose of justifying the actions, which in their own are no better than the law breakers that they are attempting to protect themselves from.

In closed communities such as those with strata titles, the approvals on the closed communities have many considerations further than the fears of the community.

There are safety, maintenance, financial opportunity requirements (If a single person or groups of persons limit people in general from the benefits of possible benefits of a space, facility for their own exclusive benefits then a fee should be charged to be returned to the community via mediums or representative that are common greater than their immediate community. (area, municipality, state, country). This could be in a form of rental or taxes.

The removal of common benefits such as road maintenance, lights, drainage, sewerage, foliages, parks and more than normally come from common or central funding. And a requirement to pay for those services if they continue or have potential to benefit from common deployment or to secure alternative services to serve those functions. By doing so the revenues or budgets redeployed for common use can benefit the people in common rather than a specific community alone.

This is a lateral community with full titles (either leased hold or free hold). Some have strata titles where a community is based on a full Gated and Guarded Scheme where for legal ease the title is kept as a master title with “Subtitles” in the manner of strata titles are distributed to the group of stake holders for their individual ownership of the relevant properties.

There are many items that we do in our day to day life. No matter how capable you may be there are some things that are beyond your control.   8. Shared Medical facilities. Hospitals today provide facilities, tools and administration support to attending medical specialist in return for a share of the returns of a charge for facilities used. Private sector medicine is growing with this model in leaps and bounds.

There are so many empty unimproved premises for an entrepreneur to rent for improving relevant(renovate and outfit) to their business needs. In a sense they were very classy in their delivery.

As economies exploded in a positive way, more people ventured into business. As such the demand for office space grew. But not everyone had the expertise to build and run one. This opened up the market for more enterprising entrepreneurs whom then built and ran it as a business.

Today serviced offices have evolved to incubators, entrepreneur encouragement/development centers and more.
