Warranty


  1. The following devices is warranted against manufacturer defects for one year only:

    1. CCTV Camera

    2. CCTV Recorder (NVR, DVR, XVR etc.)

    3. Barrier Gate

    4. Card Access Controller and Reader

  2. Power supply, adaptor and battery warranty is limited to 3 months only from date of purchase. Consumables have not warranty apart from the initial tested and commissioned to be functioning. Items deemed consumable are items that have no repair capabilities, as such action is to replace and is considered part of wear and tear in whatever life span available as provided by manufacturer. These items are but not limited nor exhaustive are wires, bulbs, fuses, connectors, indicator lamps and more. Some consumables may have limited warranties and will be explicitly stated item and period.

  3. Customer will have to return the defective product to us for warranty to take effect. For defect warranty products, it will be checked and repaired where possible, otherwise the product will be sent back to the manufacturer for warranty. This may take from 1 month to 3 months. Consumables with limited warranty such as power supply, power adaptor and batteries are limited to 3 months from the date of purchase.

  4. Product warranties does not cover any damage due to storm, electrical surges, vandalism, misuse, Acts of God or Acts of Nature. Customer will have to return item to us for warranty where actions may range from checking and repair to actual replacement of unit as an equivalent or nearest replacement at the discretion of the vendor. This will include removing properly and safely from any installed position or location. Request for assistance to remove or check on site are considered service and will entail relevant charges.

  5. Tampering by unauthorised personnel other than KANSHARE SDN BHD personnel or KANSHARE SDN BHD appointed personnel, will void all warranties.
