In 2008, we a Malaysian built business with partners who have vast experiences based in their own specialised areas. We, the founders of this company have more than a good number of years experience in Security, Information Communication and Technology, Intelligent Automation, Entertainment Industry, Human Resources and Office Administration, individually served in a number of leading multi-national industry and local companies In the process of our careers, the sharing of facilities and skill solutions have played an utmost importance in our industries. As such we have brought these needs together and are constantly working to make it scalable to match our customers' needs. We cater to start up companies, transient business travellers, representatives for out of town organisations, cost conscious organisations and those with many reasons for our solutions.We believe anything can be shared.
Our Evolution
In 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic we the founders had made a decision to evolve our products and business direction of our company.
Currently we have no physical premise. Reinforcing our adoption of a goal and self driven delivery organisation. As such all partners remain distributed. To maintain our ability to perform as one, we have further enhanced our adoption of technology solutions. Our products are now totally solution driven and focused.
Shared Facility Solutions
We now have moved our Shared Service Office Offering from an operator of those solutions to a consulting and managed operation solution for property owners and small businesses that run in an office, storage or living space. For property owners it is to change their value preposition to beyond an empty space, but space with facilities. Enhancing the age old owner and tenant relationship but to a partnership model driven to longevity and success. For existing businesses that have space and facilities or even what more sophisticated facilities can now have them and lower the cost by sharing out the extra capacity to other possible users. (Could be individual business owners or smaller organisations.)
Skill Driven Solutions
We still maintain a team of working partners with diverse skills that we can portion out needs and requirements according to your appretite to consume. This has the effect of cost of retention of use to reduce waste as when you need to hire one full time staff with that skill. This method provides you access to diversity of experience level, variety of methods and of course alternate availability to match your needs.
Technology driven solutions
As technology pounds ahead especially displayed during these trying times. The angst in adopting the technology needs to be toned down with the access of expert and widely diverse specialist. Towards the goal that technology should be affordable and right sized we have also continued to grow our access to the portfolio of suppliers that can address most needs from a cheap and replaceable product to something hardier and robust which would of course also incur the relevant cost. We provide products from a basic user terminal (smart phone, Tablet, laptop and pc/server), telecommunications (turning your centralised office telecommunications system into an IP and available over the Internet (VPN) for remote located central presence solution in communications as is the current trend brought on by Covid), printing (remote and local), security solutions (CCTV (analog and IP) both wired and wireless solutions that can be made available over the internet.), Body cameras, Dash cameras (stand alone and networked for fleet management and personal security), security gates (turnstiles, barrier and access), data security, Access control (Intercom based and BIO/AI), server solutions and data hosting. These being a few of the technology solutions we are able to provide.
